Term & Conditions

DELIVERY POLICY

* All orders will be processed on a daily basis during business hours, Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm).
* The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 10.30am (GMT +08:00). We will send out your order on the same day if we receive your payment information before 10.30am.
* If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you before sending out the parcel. However in certain conditions, we might refund you directly without prior notice.
* We at yolaboutique.blogspot reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company to ship your parcel based on your location and the weight of your items. Please contact us if any courier company will not reach your location.
* We will send you a confirmation email with your parcel tracking number once we have shipped your item. If you did not receive your parcel after the promised lead time, please contact the courier company directly.
* If you’ve given us an invalid address or contact number causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you and buyers will have to bear the additional cost.

REFUNDS POLICY

After Sales Services (Exchange & Refund)
We have tried our very best to have each piece of items quality checked by before packing so as to make sure the products will be well received with satisfaction and no quality problems. However, in order to provide the best customer service, we do provide after-sales service.
Reasons accepted for refund:
Wrong products delivered: Different in colour, model or sizes from what you purchased
Products with prominent quality problems
Returning deadline: Malaysia Buyer please returns within 7 days, Overseas buyers please return within 14 days. Overdue returns dateline will not be processed.
We will bear 50% delivery fee for the return.
Reasons NOT accepted for exchange and refund:
Subjective reasons for returns: (Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the colour, colour difference, fabric not high-quality enough, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as expected, too transparent)
Products that are without original tag, washed and worn

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, we have a 7 days return policy upon delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions;-
* We only accept returns on manufacturing defect, damaged goods caused during the delivery process or incorrect item sent.
* We will credit your account for any item returned if the item does not fit or if you change your mind after you have received the product.
* All item for return must be unworn, un-altered, unwashed and have all tags attached in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
* yolaboutique.blogspot is not liable for return lost in transit; please ensure that the return parcel is package properly and you are encouraged to use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking system when sending the return.
* This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on yolaboutique.blogspot.com
Please contact us by phone or email within 3 working days of receipt and provide description and photos of the damaged item accompanied with original packing and all labels attached. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date of receipt.
For all return requests, please email us at cyjelita1@gmail.com, including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can reach us at our customer service call centre at 016-8691198. We will inform you once the item has been received and processed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

* Customer can do exchange within 7 days from date of delivery receipt with original packing and all labels attached.
* All exchange is subject to availability. In the event that the exchangeable item is out of stock, customer can opt for a refund in the form of store credit.
* Shipping cost for exchange is borne by customer.
